At the top of the Real Estate Industry for 27 years, I came to the industry in 1990 and soon discovered that the practice of real estate by most was not at the level of professionalism which I had envisioned. After completing several real estate transactions I realized that the agent’s work ethics and professionalism left much to be desired in our industry, and so I decided to create an experience for my clients that would surpass all expectations. Since that day I’ve assisted over 3,400 families to fulfill their dreams of owning, investing and creating wealth through Real Estate. My Goal is to provide PERSONAL TOUCH to all my clients. I am available for each and every client. You see, I want to take real estate to the next level and show others the road to wealth through real estate. A Pepperdine University Finance and Management graduate, I am a homegrown California boy with pride in my many great achievements. In 2001, I was touted as the Top 4 realtor in the nation with over 200 transactions a year. After successfully launching three real estate companies and an escrow company in 2002, I was eager to get back in the real estate business because of the excellent opportunities offered to me, which included standing out professionally, feeding my competitive drive, gathering a great network of friends, associates and clients, and more importantly, giving back to the community. In 2006 I sold my real estate and escrow companies and went back to re-engage in my real estate sales practice and put together a system that would stand out from my competition. “While these new business developments provided a new threshold, I missed my greatest passion, which is connecting with clients and actually selling real estate,” “It was a great experience to coach and train some of the best agents in the business as well as develop a system for realtor success.” My most valuable qualities are the ability to create a client comfort zone, manage expectations, keep difficult transactions active and complete the best sale for the client. With 20 years of superb real estate business savvy, product expertise, and an excellent service record under my belt, I live up to my lifelong personal motto, “Integrity is not negotiable.” I am enjoying every aspect of my life within my business as well as with all the growth surrounding me. I am also working on a new book which I hope to be out next year, and which will bring full circle the fulfillment of a passion of mine to bring balance and momentum to the world.
